Large sauna with beautiful decor and views

The sauna is decorated in a harmonious Nordic style, in light wood with beautiful stone floors, light in the ceiling and windows overlooking Resta Park. The sauna has a large stone aggregate and space for more than 20 people. The deep top lichen allows one to lean back, stretch out the legs and feel completely relaxed. Inside the sauna there is an opportunity for both cold and hot water to pour over. A lot of moisture and water makes for a lovely steam bath.

Ice vacuum or hot bath

The small pool can be both cold or a hot water hot bath. During the winter months, it becomes the perfect ice wake where you can try winter swimming in a safe environment, with heat from the sauna and the fire in the relaxation area at a comfortable distance. With a day's heating, the pool can be heated to a hot water bath where 38-40 degrees is usually warm enough for most people. The pool can easily accommodate 12 people.Hot water is also health-promoting and stress-relieving. It causes blood vessels to dilate, circulation to increase and blood pressure to decrease. The hydrostatic pressure causes the heart rate to drop, the stroke volume to increase and the heart to pump out more blood with each beat, and the lung capacity and oxygen intake also increase.

Outside the sauna there is a relaxation room with comfortable furniture from Norrgavel and an old classic fireplace. Sitting and looking into the fire awakens something within us. Here, parts of the company can sit and sip on something cold and let the heat from the sauna cool down or the heat from the cold bath return. Here is a Sonos that you can easily connect with Bluetooth so you can have calm SPA relax music or pop dance music for the right feeling depending on your mood.

A stone's throw from the sauna and the pool, there is a beautiful campfire site in Resta Park. Here you can grill sausages, preferably Resta's organic nitrite-free sausages. Here you can sit for a long time under the open sky. The perfect end to your SPA day.
